PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

INTRODUCTION

An attendance-monitoring system serves as a time log that is set up as a computerized database. An attendance- monitoring system maintains a daily record of a person's arrival and departure time from home/school.
The attendance-monitoring system database is an application that contains electronic files about a person's history. It contains a person's name, address, date of birth, and attendance history. Tighter control of students attended time reduces absenteeism. It's well known that if students know you are monitoring their attendance, their attendance will improve. A manual system, whereby attendance data is entered onto a card, then passed to payroll for manual input and processing can be open to human error. An automated system, whereby the data is captured at source and then electronically transferred to payroll eliminates mistakes ensuring the students/scholarship grantees is received correct amount of financial support first time, every time.
You can view scholar’s status who in, who's out, who arrived late, and who is currently working on specific tasks in every activities and meetings. You can tell at a glance how long it took. All scholars’ entries are recorded, so you can view who was in, and who worked on any job/tasks- on any date in the past.
Scholar’s dissatisfaction can often arise in activities where all attendance data is collected manually. Regularly scholars feel there are different rules for different people. The introduction of an automated Schedule tracker solution ensures that when an attendance anomaly occurs it is recorded and actioned irrespective of circumstance and provides total conformity as everyone is managed to the same parameters.
