Let’s make Texas State’s freshman fifteen a thing of the past and introduce a healthier lifestyle amongst Texas State’s future. We will be able to bring these healthy new ways to eat. And fortunately we can make this a reality for you and the future generations of Texas State students.

A. Problem/Solution Propositional Statement: It seems as if College Campus don't have the type of healthy foods most people will get at a farmers market. Colleges should implement this problem and have healthy food options for students to choose from.
B. Memorable closing: Did you know that according to National Institutes of Health 70% of men and women in America are overweight and 33% are obese. This is a scary fact we have to fix and it start with healthy options on our campuses.
C. Call to Action: In order to make this happen we need to bring attention to the Texas State University’s President that there are not healthy eating options here on campus. We need to start by signing this here petition *holds up petition* and let the President know that this is a problem that affects the healthy lifestyles that students are trying to pursue.
