My interview was based on institution leader; First question asked was, which people in your life had the greatest impact on you. The answer from this question was George W. Bush, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr.
George W. Bush impacted him by demonstrated an ability to rally the American people, especially following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. (That) he appeared unwavering in the face of threats to U.S. security and projected an image as a confident and capable leader. And also how George W. Bush took seriously on military operations in Iraq; he explain to the American people why the United State was launching military strikes against Iraq due to alleged possession of weapons of mass destruction which was very dangerous to American people and the world. Another area President Bush impacted him was, when he brought the bill; No Child Left behind Act. The Child Left behind Act of 2001 received overwhelming bipartisan support in congress that year, which was the best way to improve and reform the nation’s educational system, which could bring benefit to our children. Nelson Mandela, impacted him in his life by making Africa every man to be free and equal in the eye as of the nation. It was the vision that propelled him to do what he had to do, and it was this vision that sustained him through the darkest day in prison. This person told me, sometime people think having a vision in life means thinking about having a big house, a big car and lots of possessions; there’s nothing wrong with that, but when the going gets tough, you’ll give it up easily because there’s really no big deal about having those. He continue to explain the purpose here on earth is to be a blessing to the rest of society and living it out gives you the energy you need to persist until your vision comes to pass.
