BATL GROUNDS PICKERING
Basketball, baseball and golf - they are all great, but if you want something different, something pretty awesome, then try axe throwing! (THROW AN AXE HERE FOR EFFECT)
Interesting, right? Well, if you want to give it a go, then check out BATL grounds Pickering. This place is impressive! They have around 7 sections or interiors and each section can accommodate more than a dozen axe throwers. That would mean they accept groups of people celebrating different events like birthdays, company team building events or simply a get together with the gang. For sure it is going to be a mixture of camaraderie and good times!
Also, this place is open all year round. The entire family can come and enjoy the place, but kids under
16 years old are not allowed to throw an axe just yet. Walk-ins are also accepted every Friday and Sunday afternoon. The cost is only 20 dollars an hour and that would include some coaching from axe throwing experts. Unfortunately, competitions are not allowed for walk-ins. Competitions are reserved for those under the league category. I will give details about the league later.
What’s the downside of this activity? It can make you hungry and thirsty! Kidding aside, the question is - can you eat and drink inside the place? Of course! BATL grounds made things easier for their customers too. They are in partnership with local food providers so you can enjoy the best pizza and drink some beers while waiting for your turn to throw an axe. Just order the food before you start the party and you are good to go. And, to keep your beer cold, each section of BATL grounds is provided with a fridge. Cold beer, pizza and an axe, the best threesome ever!
