The reason for that was to make clear for the employees which were their roles and to avoid the duplicate role when two employees execute the same role, or do the others roles. Also to make clear how much will be the salary of each position, because being a small company we tried to avoid the situation of new staff having higher wages then old staff in the same position, and make clear for old staff if they want to go for a better position what will be their roles and what the company wants to achieve. We also proposed a new system of bonus, very transparent based on what the staffs sells for our clients and with a percentage for each position that we call THE CAKE.
3. Based on your response to question 2, explain at least one improvement opportunities in your own area of work. How does that improvement opportunity affect your organizations current performance?
As I mentioned in the question 2, the improvements that we introduce in the company make significant changes in the work
