BSN Prepared Nurse

Nursing is one of the professions that is on a calculated growth to the top. The main focus of nursing from Florence Nightingale to now is to provide safe and effective care and to better the health of each and every patient. Having a BSN prepared nurse coordinating the care of this patient will not only bring greater improvement for the patient’s health, but it brings awareness to the standard of care that all nurses should aim for. That BSN prepared nurse needs to set an example of leadership for everyone that includes the patient care tech, medical assistant, licensed practical nurse, ADN prepared nurse and other BSN nurses as well. One of the worse thing I ever heard from another nurse is that nurses eat their young, that should never be the case. All the members of the healthcare team need to come together to make one union, this will transform the type of care that the patient receives.
