It is clear that they are unhappy children living with their grandmother. Another thing is that Lourdes can go back and be with her own people, speaking her own language and most important race her children and help her old mother in the house.
A benefit about to go back to Honduras is that she don’t have to pay rent every month and worry about what she is going to do if the police catch her because she don’t have a green card. Here in United States Lourdes is alone suffering because she is missing her children too. Also she has double payments; here in the United States she has to pay rent, food, gas, etc. In Honduras she has to send money for her children.
A clear example that she needs to go back and stay with her family is that one of her sons did a danger journal to the United States to try to find her. This means that Enrique her son is not happy with the money she sends every time, He misses her mother and he needs her love. To me is very important the family and I think the family never have to be separate in spite of all the bad circumstances. A person never should leave her/his children alone because they are innocent little humans that they don’t choose to be alone and they don’t deserve a childhood without
