In general discussion all of the participating members of the Awami League highlighed their intention of making the constitution. At first Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman expressed emotion of joice for making of a constitution and sadness for martyrs who dedicated themselves to, the struggle for national liberation. And the country will be regulated upon the wheels of these principles. The Article-wise debate starts on 31 October and ends on 4 November of 1972. There went on a very extensive and thoughtful discussion on many important topics focusing mainly on both the content and the linguistic feature of the constitution. Some debates were as regards the nature and the credibility of the CA as well. Here we have just picked up some of the much debated issues which play vital role in shaping the structure of our constitution. In so doing, we have avoided our attention from the amendment proposals regarding the linguistic development of the text of the constitution:
