I. INTRODUCTION Barangay is the small administrative division in the Philippines and is the native Filipino term for a village or district. Barangay are further subdivided into smaller areas called Puroks . A barangay is led and governed by its barangay officials. It is composed of a Punong Barangay or Barangay Captain/Chairman, seven Barangay Councilors or Barangay Kagawad and sangguniaang Kabataan Chairman. Together with this is the Barangay Secretary and a residing midwife or a doctor that manages and supervise the barangay health center. The Municipality of Taytay is a first class, highly urbanized municipality in the Province of Rizal, Philippines. It is one of the 14 municipalities of the province of Rizal. Contributed with Metro Manila, it is bounded by Cainta on the North, Pasig City and Taguig City on the West, Antipolo City in the East and Angono on the South, It is the "Woodworks and Garments Capital of the Philippines

Barangay management system is a system that is very effective for the barangay, because this system can save the records of daily transactions from within the barangay, the problem is when some place inside the barangay have a disease that can effect others this system can monitor that so the barangay health team can response more quick to manipulate the epedemic. This system is also can keep the information of the home owners within the barangay like their educational background, family status, work. The system will store those information to observe and to check the family setting. Researchers studying a good-quality system that can benefit the barangay, to make things easier and reliable for both barangay and the
