The book starts off with Alvin Day sharing his personal story- a chapter he titled “Barefoot in Paradise.” This is used to describe his living conditions in Jamaica, a place that is considered paradise to some. The book further explained the process of transformation in the other chapters by explaining each law. The book is arranged into nine (9) chapters. The transition into each chapter is very easy because they build on each other. There is also an action item at the end of each chapter to challenge the reader to correct actions.     Sounds ranging from the constant, rhythmic waves to the loud wind wafting past my ears envelop me as I stand at the edge of the cliff in Croatia.
