Use a job specification and write a description to describe the requirements of the position. Have the required outputs and performance success already predetermined? If there are personnel’s performing the job successfully, list the traits, characteristics, and skills that these workers bring to the job. A great example on an action/self-motivational questions: Tell me about a time when you were bored on the job. What did you do to make your job more interesting? Ask the job candidate what is the best way to motivate you? How did you take initiatives at your previous job? What kind of rewards is more to your liking? What discourages you from doing your best on a job? Tell you went above and beyond your duties to finish a job or a project? Did you get any recognition? Yes, or No, how did that make you the individual feel? (Luther, 2016).
