Being a tactile learner is someone who learns by touching and doing. These type of learners have a hard time concentrating on and understanding class material. I do agree with my personal results because I do in fact have a difficult time learning when little distractions are placed on my shoulders. For example, in my physical education class, advanced weight training, they discuss body parts and muscle group and how to exercise and we actually point out the muscle or do the exercise. In my health class however, the teacher was talking about the same concepts making us write down notes and only explaining with words. In my PE class I completely understood what we were talking about and kept the knowledge in by doing the task. Some of the strategies that the quiz provided for me was to use flashcards. As of right now I do not really use flashcards but I could give them a try. With the flashcards however I do have a hard time working to fit in the time to make the flashcards. Another strategy was to be mobile while I am attempting to learn, as in tap my foot or chew gum or hold something while i'm learning. Doing so distract part of my brain so the rest if open for learning and for new material. After taking the quiz and reading strategies that could help my learning, I am more open to address that I have a different learning style, come to face with it and
