Bible School Proposal
My 5-year goal after I arrive in Poland is to start a Bible school in the suburbs of Warsaw, Poland that will be connected with Berean Baptist Church in Otwock, Poland. Only a handful of small, faithful evangelical churches exist in the Warsaw area. These churches (especially the church leaders) are longing for deeper Bible knowledge. I will teach alongside Dr. Mike Peterson, Pastor of Berean Baptist Church in Otwock, Poland. We will be training pastors and laymen from surrounding churches. In two years, Dr. Mike Petersen and I will start Bible training in the Petersen’s home, while we lay the foundation of a Bible school next to the Berean Baptist Church in Otwock. I will use the Berean Baptist church auditorium at the start, but in the mean time I will start construction of our own facility where Dr. Peterson and I will hold our Bible School.

The supplies needed for the entire building will include the wood structure and wood flooring, brick walls, a tile roof, a metal fence and gate, chairs, a kitchen (stove, microwave, sink), and all the plumbing involved with the kitchen and bathrooms. The price for the wood will be $100,000. The bricks will be $200,000. The kitchen and plumbing will be 50,000. Also, securing government approval and fire codes will cost $100,000. This is a grand total of $450,000. Since the building process will requires highly trained professionals to perform all the work involved, I plan to organize a building team of experienced constructors. To accomplish this building plan, I will ask my sending church, Trinity Bible Church, to formulate a small mission team to come out for a month to lay down the foundation of the Bible School, and build as much of the interior as time will allow. My brother, Michael Ritschard, who is an experienced carpenter, has agreed to head up the small team of
