Healthy eating can stabilize children’s energy, sharpen their minds and help them focus. Healthy eating again relies on factors that include family financial eligibility i.e. If they can afford good nutrition. Cultural i.e what family background believes in eating habits, social aspects. Working parents relying on junk and ready meals for children ,unawareness of parenting skills deprives children. Fewer hobbies/ activities compared to longer TV or gaming times are key destroyers. The negative behaviour development can leave children either with lack of appetite or comfort eating to tackle their depression and stress. Childhood obesity and peer pressure can develop anorexia, insecurity and lack of confidence. Lack of good nutrition affects child's concentration in school and activities, they lose interest or exhibit in appropriate behaviour, their is lack of confidence and increase in lethargy. Transitions in circumstances or sudden and certain illness/disabilities can also cause similar affects, child may withdraw from eating normal or develop excessive
