A pan, spatula, and knife should be used in the actual making of the wrap. The base will be composed of a tortilla and black bean burger of your choice. The rest of the filling includes celery, onions, and black pepper. All of these can be found at most grocery stores and should not be too expensive. Making the wrap may seem difficult, but it does not have to be. First, lightly toast the tortilla until it is a nice, golden color. You can then cook the black bean burger so that it can be easily chopped up. Chop the celery and dice the onions before putting them in the pan on high heat. Saute them in vegetable oil and add as much black pepper as needed. Lastly, distribute the burger evenly across the face of the tortilla; be sure to leave less at the bottom so that it can be wrapped properly. Do the same with the celery and onions. The final step would be to wrap it with the bottom secure and prevented from falling apart. After doing this, you are free to savor the wrap that you created! The wrap may be the only thing that catches attention, but the additional steps behind the scenes will really make the dish count. You can add a spin to favorite dishes and make them your own. Making your own food can lead to a new hobby as well as a healthier lifestyle. So, the next time you need a tasty meal, just make it

First you take out two pieces of bread and lay them on your plate. Then you open up the butter, get the butter knife; put some butter on the knife, then spread it on one side of the bread. Make sure that the side you put the butter on is the side down. The other side of the bread that is faces up; put two slices of cheese on it. After you put the cheese on it; put piece bread on it, then spread butter on that side too. When that part is done, turn the stove on number four; so that it is not up to high; or to low. Place the frying pan on the eye that you turned on. Once it gets hot put the sandwich in the pan. You can put a lid on it to make it cook faster or just leave it open. Let it cook for like two minutes and then turn it to the other side and repeat the same thing. Once you see that the bread is brown a little, you can take it out using a spactula. In Brazil, a runny egg placed over a steak with a side dish of rice and black beans is called a bife a cavalo, literally "horse-riding steak". A similar dish, with the name bife a caballo in Spanish, is also common in Argentina, Uruguay and Ecuador (called "churrasco"); fried potatoes and salad replace the beans and rice. In northern Mexico, Huevos Montados (riding eggs) are served with refried beans and fried potatoes (or french fries). A common method of serving eggs in Mexico is huevos a la Mexicana, which blends fried eggs with diced tomato, onion and green chili pepper; the amount of pepper added is often to order. There are several other egg dishes in Mexico which combine different ingredients: motuleños (in Yucatan), aporreados (mixed with refried beans), and huevos rancheros (sunny-side up…
