Black Rhino Extinction The black rhino species is being killed off by poachers; having the rhino species go extinct is taking a toll on the rest of the African environment. The black rhino is an umbrella species(Gandhi). If we don't take a stand now while the black rhino goes extinct then it will cause a certain sort of ripple effect in the African lands making it so many other species will be harmed, affected and or go extinct.This is important because species affect the land and we don't want the environment to change. Having rhinos go extinct is also taking a toll on national parks zoos. Lots of money comes from people wanting to see big majestic animals, so taking those animals away takes away a good chunk of money that comes from people

Rhinos are an umbrella species, meaning Rhinos affects a lot of other species, so if you take out the rhinos you endanger countless other species(black rhinoceros). If we don't take a stand now while the black rhino goes extinct then it will cause a certain sort of ripple effect in the African lands making it so many other species will be harmed,affected and or go extinct.This is important because species affect the land and we don't want the environment to change. It is also important because rhinos attract a lot of attention, so when people go see them in national parks or at zoos it brings in money to national parks and local communities and Africa itself. Africa is known to be very poor, we need to bring in all the money we can into this country in order to helps stop poverty, killing off one of there main attractions would cause a lot of harm to the people of the country. And finally the most important reason to save the black rhinos is because it is simply the right thing to do, All life matters. If we turn a blind eye to poachers now it will never stop, we need to be preserving life not letting it die out while we sit around, Illegal activity has increasingly continued in Africa and it will continue to do so unless we put our foot down. Black rhinos are more important than any of us could have imagined, they affect the land, the species around them, they bring much needed income ,and they give us an opportunity to stop illegal activity in Africa.
