To reveal the X-Men`s secrets, the Sentinels tell Trask to use a device to read beast`s mind. Trask discovers that the X-Men were mutants protecting humanity and realizes that he had been wrong. He helps the X-Men defeat the Sentinels by scarifying himself to destroy the Sentinel`s base. Recently in X-Force, Bastion having reactivated by the purifiers has apparently resurrected Bolivar Trask through use of a Technarch to be a part of a team of the world’s foremost mutant killers. He has apparently given credit for the deaths of all mutants, being the inventor of the Sentinels had the highest record of mutant kills. He has also sold many military secrets to the foreign powers. Consistent with the remorse he had displayed at the time of his death. Trask killed himself after escaping Bastion`s mental control. In conclusion, Trask is more dangerous because he has created Sentinels only with the sole purpose of destroying mutants; he has created such a device, which can automatically detect the mutants and kill them. He has also sold the secrets information to the other force. But Mystique has used her ability only for the sake of mutants. So Trask is considered more dangerous than

In “The Chosen” by Chaim Potok, one of the themes that it addresses is coming of age for young adults. It is quite a journey for everyone and even for Danny. Danny has to find what he truly wants in life, which is to become a psychologist, and tell his father. Everyone has different experiences and different feelings when going through this stage of life, which is finding your true self. In the story, Danny goes through the three different stages of coming of age, realization, experimentation, and reintegration. Everyone can relate to this story, no matter what age; you either have gone through it, are about to, or are going through the difficult process of coming of age. My advice for young adults going through this is just be you; don’t worry…

Most of the beginning of American history seems like a race of conquest between the Spaniards and Europeans with Native Americans caught in the crossfire. A seemingly peaceful group of people, the Native Americans were under constant attack from the moment settlers arrived into their territory. Historians can pull from first-hand accounts and primary sources to piece together the history of this nation. One Spainard exploratory mission wrecked off the coast of Florida with about 400 men (OTP S1-6, OTP 22). After long battles and shipwrecks, the expedition was cut short and only four men survived, one an African slave and Spanish explorer named Alvar Nunez Cabeza De Vaca. De Vaca wrote a narrative explaining his encounters with Native Americans who had never seen white or black people before. De Vaca described the Indians as “war like people…and protect themselves from their enemies as they would have if they had been raised in Italy and in continuous war” (OTP S1-6). He explains in his narrative…

The Trudell Documentary taught me a lot about Native American’s that I didn’t know. Growing up, in history class, one of my teachers made a point to state that what America did to the Native American’s was wrong. We then learned all about how we took their land and made them change their lives. Although it is important to know the historical backgrounds to these events, we never really talked much about how the Government was treating Native Americans now.…

In part one of In the Time of the Butterflies, Minerva shows courage by keeping Trujillo's secret. Her friend Sinita told her "as much as she knew" (Alvarez 17) about Trujillo and his secret, "(Minerva) was shaking by the time she was through" (Alvarez 17). At this point in the book, Minerva learned that Trujillo's secret is that he became president in an unlawful and immoral way. "Trujillo became president in a sneaky way... he was in the army, and all the people who were above him kept disappearing until he was the one right below the head of the whole armed forces" (Alvarez 17). She has the guts to keep the secret and not tell a single soul, knowing that if she does her as well as her entire family could be killed. She knew she had to do the opposite of the right thing (in this case) in order to protect her family. She would soon gain the courage to do the right thing no matter what the consequence.…

not to have an abortion. Instead, Freeman says, “I cannot put myself in your place. I cannot tell you what to do. If you need the money, take it. It is a gift.” She believed his conservative ideals would lead him to offer her a partisan, decidedly pro-life option, but when Freeman did not respond in a manner Raquel found agreeable, she struck him in the face. The violence to which Raquel resorted against both Noble and Icon belies the consistent bravery she shows in starting these hard conversations, and the violence also speaks to the simmering anger she feels with her circumstances. Clearly, she is frustrated, lonely and uncomfortable making the life-altering decisions that must be made. Despite her frustration towards these taxing conditions, Raquel continually musters the courage to confront the challenges facing her, and, her antics notwithstanding, skillfully locates the appropriate people who can assist…
