Bond beetween company and employee
Task number one

Explain how your personal development objectives are affected by and linked to wider organisational objectives. Provide examples of where an organisational objective may affect a personal development objective of a first line manager.

In my opinion my personal development objectives are affected and linked to my Company objectives very strongly. In this task I would like to show you how they are linked together and I will provide examples of that bond. First able I would like to start what are my personal objectives. My main objective for next year are:
- Finish courses and get my qualifications
- Rent my own house
- Change department at my work (advance)
- buy a car
-Start my own business I will stick closely to my Personal Development Plan to achieve my goals. So how my personal development objective are affected by and linked to wider organisation? It is really simple, for example company that I am working currently pays me every month money that I earned by hard work, so I can pay my bills and attend to course. Company is affecting on me by giving me chance to develop myself .I am affecting on company as well – it is like circle. If employee is more smart and happy make more money for a company, he is working harder and improve yourself. This is what you called Bond between employee and Company .Everything is linked and if one side have problems. All business is affected because of that

To develop my product knowledge I rely on the knowledge and expertise of my colleagues to the point where I will no longer need them which will ultimately relieve some of their workloads from them.…

Personal development is not just to do with education or training and the development of skills and interests. It is also about developing a better understanding of yourself, your values, beliefs and experiences, and how they impact on your behaviour. It is about appreciating what motivates you to learn so that you can achieve your full potential. Personal development is important because life without change may lead to a duller existence. The thought of change can be unwelcome – ‘I am quite comfortable as I am, thank you.’ But in order to handle new challenges, achieve a better quality of life…
