People interpret terminology differently, for this reason I will explain what I mean when I use certain words. By no means am I suggesting that either restaurant is a good choice and healthy! I am only stating that one has a better nutritional value over the other. Nutritional value can be defined by several factors. For the purpose of this paper, I compared calories, protein, carbohydrates, sugars, fats, sodium, and cholesterol. The way I determined which would be the healthier or more nutritious option was comparing these categories between the two. The higher an item is in calories, the lower the health value. The same is true for sodium, fats, sugars, cholesterol, and carbohydrates. Protein is a good presence here. After comparing the two items, I tallied which one had the better score. For instance, an item that is lower in calories, sugars, carbohydrates, and higher in protein would be the healthier option because it "scored" better in more areas even when the item did not score better in every area.
