DESCRIPTION
The businesses I intend to open are a Bakery and also a mini Coffee House. The name of the business would be named after the two co-owners i.e. Richard and Stacy; Bakery and Coffee House,(R&S Bakery and Coffee House). My business would be a partnership type business. In other words the owners would be employing the factors of production i.e. capital, land and labour. Advantages include expansion of business if production level and also profit levels are raised over a period of time. Disadvantages include disagreement between owners and also if a member has passed away or can’t be available at the time the business can be at risk. R&S Bakery and Coffee House would be in the making and selling of different types of high quality foods for a reasonable price that fits under everyone daily budget. Foods such as bread, cakes, and pastries and also the making of special specified customary products; at the coffee house they will be making a variety of coffee, milkshakes, smoothies etc.

When a business picks a location it must be one of a wise choice because the business can really benefit from it, meaning taking any good opportunity you can find. Some factors that affect my decision of location include: infrastructure this means when picking a commercial space for your business it must be a stable and it must also be in good working condition (proper air ventilation, proper facilities, etc). A next factor deals with sales and customary behavior. When a business is being open they will want to pick a location where there are a lot of customers so that the consumers will be able to purchase the products easily. The last point is road and transport, without good proper roads it may be difficult to bring in customers in.
