Solar Topps appears to be a reputable, top-notch solar provider within the industry and beyond. And we really couldn't find anything we felt would warrant concern. However, below are a few areas we feel they could use a little improvement.
• Transferrable solar contract
• The Solar Topps website is good, but . . .
• That's it, end of story
Transferrable Solar Contract
If you ever decide to sell your home, you will probably be leaving your solar system with the home. Therefore, you will need to talk with Solar Topps about whether or not they allow their solar contracts to be transferred to a new homeowner as this is not covered on their website. Most solar companies do allow for this; however, the new owner will probably have to qualify to take over your contract before they are approved. So keep this in mind should you decide to sell your home. And talk with Solar Topps to learn what their policy is regarding this issue.

Solar Topps has a great website; however, you have to do quite a bit of clicking around just to find the information you need. Additionally, they could do a better job at grouping the essential information in a way that flows a little better instead of putting the information on so many different pages. They just have too many different pages that require way too much clicking just to get the information you need and it's quite frustrating, not to mention a waste of the customer's valuable time.
