1 Objective:

The objective of this course is to familiarize the students with the nature, process and types of business communication. The course also aims to equip them with the necessary skills in written and oral communication, making presentations and participating effectively in negotiations.

Course Contents:
Importance and a nature of business communication, communication process, types, channels, Barriers and gateways in communication.
Fundamental Aspects of Business Communication: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
Written communication – writing techniques, rules of good writing, correct use of grammar.

2 Objective:

Public Speaking, Negotiations – elements, importance and process, preparations and formulations of strategy for negotiations
