Introduction
Business Tourism may bring a lot of benefits to a destination. To be a successful business tourism destination, different cities around the world will bring out some unique components to attract business travelers and develop their MICE industry. As the business tourism is different to the leisure tourism, there are many factors that should be considered for the business travelers due to the stable of the business tourism. To extend the business tourism, they should cater the requirement of the business tourists in different sector of business travel and tourism. Nowadays, there are many different exhibitions will hold on all around the world. Also, conference and meetings are an important sector in MICE industry. A suitable venue is important for the exhibitions and the meeting & conferences. There are big difference between the venue choosing of exhibitions and the meeting & conferences; accommodation for the participants of exhibitions and the meeting & conferences are also important. These are some of the factors that will affect the business tourists to organize or join the event. So, what is the requirement of the buyers and what can the suppliers do to support the requirements of the buyers in the exhibitions and the meeting & conferences?

Requirements of the buyers in exhibitions
Let’s discuss about the exhibition first. Exhibitions are “market places of products and services; usually lasting from a few days to a week that brings together two groups of people: those with something to sell (the exhibiting companies and organizations) and those who attend with a view to making purchase or getting information (the visitors). (Davidson and Cope,2003) There are different types of exhibitions. Mostly are divided into public fairs or trade fairs.
