businesses are under obligation to help society to a large extent. This is because
businesses are the one to create socio-environmental problems, they therefore should
also have the abilities to solve them. Besides, it is a new trend to contribute care to
society when business parties can make a profit from society.
First, Socio-environmental problems arise from unethical behaviors of
businesses which should take responsibility to tackle those problems. From a social
perspective, high land and residential rents, betting addiction and other social
problems are probably byproducts made by those greedy businessmen. They care
