Cases (from the textbook) – Written answers to questions (which are in the syllabus) (20%)
One Shot Workshop- Resume writing, interviewing, and e-recruiting (5%)
This workshop is required by the Business department for successful completion of the BUS 3200 class. It will be given several times during the semester by the Magner Center. I will let you know if there will be a workshop given during a classroom session. If you have already taken this workshop you must bring your certificate of completion to class or have the workshop instructor email me.
EXAMS:
There will be 3 multiple choice exams as indicated above.
The third exam is the final exam which is not cumulative
Exams must be taken when scheduled as there are no make-up exams.
CASES:
There are 5 short cases assigned from the text. They will be posted on Blackboard 1-2 weeks prior to the due date. The cases are used to illustrate the principles of management which are discussed in that chapter. All written assignments must be turned in on time and must be typed! Cases can be given to me in class or emailed to
me.
