Grilled Salmon
It taste very good.
Very expensive, prices ranging from $25-30 per Kilo.
Not only does it taste good, but it supports your health.
Grilled Basa
It is extremely cheap compared to the Salmon, it is only $8 per Kilo.
Moderately high in fat and cholesterol.
Although it is moderately high in fat and cholesterol, nutritionists say that Basa can be an healthy addition to your diet.
Mash Potato
Little preparation needs to be done.
It takes 30 additional minutes to boil, it takes too long.
Our Mash potato is going to be 100% healthy, and yet still taste delicious.
Tabouli
It is healthy and extremely delicious.
It takes time to make.
It is very popular in most in most cafes.
Deep Fry Fries
Very fast boiling, efficient, ready within 5-10 mins.
Not very healthy.

Oven Baked Fries
They don't absorb oil like fries in the deep frying method.

Take 20-25 min to finish.

Our team have decided to have Basa instead of Salmon, and Deep Frying Fries instead of Baking them.

4 Recipes + PMI
Recipe 1-Tabouli

Preparation Time: 20 minutes Ingredients (serves 6):
135g (3/4 cup) fine burghul
80ml (1/3 cup) fresh lemon juice
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
Sea salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper
3 ripe (about 340g) egg tomatoes, halved, deseeded, finely chopped
4 cups loosely packed coarsely chopped fresh continental parsley
2/3 cup loosely packed coarsely chopped fresh mint
Method:
1. Place the burghul in a medium bowl. Add enough cold water to cover and set aside for 1 hour to soak.
2. Drain burghul through a fine sieve and use your hands to squeeze out any excess moisture. Spread burghul over a baking tray lined with paper towel and set aside for 30 minutes to dry.
3. Combine the lemon juice and oil in a screw-top jar. Season with sea salt flakes and pepper. Shake until well combined.
4. Combine burghul, tomato, parsley and mint in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and
