a. Summary of products/services:
Cadbury World is a world re-renowned chocolate brand that provides the richest chocolate in the world. Cadbury world also consists of a large variety of shops, and interactive factories. Cadbury intends to capitalize on the success of this industry by taking advantage of other services within the area in order to expand our opportunities and creative ideas.
One of the main features that Cadbury product and services have is the promotion of products based on seasons of the year. For example, Easter, Christmas, New Year or summer helps excite people for all the new and upcoming products released every year.
This includes wining prizes from Cadbury by the use of signing up on the websites in order to get the best offers. This also helping Cadbury to know the amount of clicks every year and all user information in order to help them reach out to consumers through the use of e-mails and promotions when needed.

b. Channel:

The Cadbury channel is mainly segmented into three different sectors. This including:

Chocolate: Cadbury chocolate is the main product of the brand that has been around for many years, and many people have grown to be familiar with. One of the leading chocolate brands from around the world this sector includes the traditional Cadbury bars, Cadbury Dairy milk, Fruit & nut, Crackle and celebration Gift boxes.

Sugar confectionary: The chocolate milk éclairs is one of the leading sugar confectionary in Cadbury, including Cadbury milk buttons. Most of these confectionaries are distributed in bags, boxes and tins.

Drinks: The leading milk malted drink food products. Other products that are also well known and are included are the Cadbury cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder.

    Where Cadbury has used the marketing strategy of branding they have been massively successful, their logo is iconic, it is recognised worldwide, it is most recognised in the U.K this is more than likely due to the fact that Cadbury originates from the U.K, so it advertised more. The logo has been around for many decades now it has weaved its way into people's perception of what chocolate is, when people think of chocolate the first thing is a bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk, that is how much it has been plastered around for years. The use of this logo has enabled Cadbury to sell billions of their products over many years as it is the simplest way for people to recognise the company which then creates a craving for chocolate, they will then purchase a Cadbury's chocolate bar, so it is easy to say that Cadbury have market very well using the strategy of Branding. Another aspect of branding in which Cadbury has made strong uses of is the colour and text, they have packaged all their products in a darkish purple, this shade of purple is perceived to be luxurious, smooth and comforting, and when these colours are seen you instantaneously think of Cadbury which makes you think that their chocolate bars are luxurious, smooth and comforting, all the things a customer wants from a chocolate bar. The text itself, saying "Cadbury", is written in an elegant font and also is thick, so it looks like Cadbury is written in chocolate although is still stylish and grand.
