Fast food is usually supposed to be a meal that you eat if you don’t have any food at home, or you just want to get out of the house for a meal, not your daily routine. Your body can’t handle so much grease, and fat that you enter into your body. It can’t handle all of the unhealthy meals on a daily basis. If Barber chooses to continue the daily routine of unhealthy foods constantly, than he has to accept the consequences. It’s not healthy to continuously eat the same junk food and not add in a healthy salad, an apple, or even fruits and vegetables. If Caesar is going to sue because he doesn’t know what’s in the meal, he should make sure that he knows what’s in it. Most of all fast food restaurants have added a nutritious value chart so that the customers can observe the calories and sodium in their meal if they’re on a diet, or they want to not gain weight.…
If I would to be a Hollywood producer and if I remade this for a 21st century speaker, I would use a celebrity person named Miranda Crosgrow cast as a speaker, and I would set the scene in San Diego, California. The reason why I would put it in San Diego, California, is because it is very nice there and there is a lot of people to be found there that can be useful for a lot of things. There are Celebrities there as well. It is just a good city overall since it’s in California anyways, where there is good weather, a good scenery is always good. The “Seven Ages of Man,” by William Shakespeare’s play I think that Miranda Crosgrow would be good as the speaker and I could compare her to this act of William Shakespeare’s scene. Miranda Crowgrow played…

Ladies and Gentlemen on the Jury in the story ¨Scarlet Ibis” there is a younger sibling named Doodle and a older sibling called Brother. Hosmer's life and work have been liable to much insightful critique in late decades, with a few writers endeavoring to represent her remarkable global prestige as a female sculptor. While Power for the most part was perceived by art enthusiasts, craftsmen of history and by workmanship devotees, women artists like Hosmer were left in the shadows. The exposition coaxes out a perplexing web of mid-nineteenth-century worries that expect cutting edge distractions, including self-designing, gender roles, tourism, the ascent of VIP culture, and the craftsman's complicity with and fights against the contemporary press. All taken together, it looks to entangle and improve our comprehension of Hosmer and her key engagement with sculpture making , prompting…
My family and I have been living in Glendive, Montana from last 10 years. Glendive town is the ranching and agricultural hub of eastern Montana, but my city has now become a radioactive waste disposal site for North Dakota. In order to extract oil and gases, companies have to drill the earth. Along with Oil and gas, they also get unwanted material, such as radioactive sludge, water, rocks, etc. All the extra material is something they did not drill for and it is something that is hard to get rid of as well. It can’t be buried back on the site, nor they are allowed to dispose it anywhere else in North Dakota.…
Julius Caesar defeated Pompey! He returns to Rome - the question is will he become King? In the play Julius Caesar returns to Rome after defeating Pompey. Some Romans want to make him king, but others think he will become too powerful, and they kill him. After the killing of Caesar, they have to justify their motives to the people of Rome. Marcus Antony and Marcus Brutus both give a speech at Caesar’s funeral, they both try to persuade the audience to agree with them using rhetorical appeals (ethos, logos, pathos) however; Marcus Anthony’s speech was more effective in moving the audience to action.…

The movie “The Great Debaters” has a huge impact on African American students. This movie was based on the 1930s when colleges were segregated. Forest Whitaker was a preacher in the Methodist church. In the beginning of the movie he gave a speech. He preaches, “I believe we are the most privileged people in America because we have the most important job in America, the education of our young people”. These young people he speaks of are the young African American students. Our leaders are the most privileged people in America. For example, our teachers, preachers, parents and etc. Forest Whitaker says” this is the most important job”, because one day their children will be the future leaders of America. Forest Whitaker believes they are the…
Imagine that your entire childhood has been centered on the arts. What you want to do with your life has been clear to you since you were ten – pursue your dream and become an artist or musician or actor or whatever your passion may be. Or even imagine that you are just a normal child who participates in various activities, one of which happens to be a fine art that you love. Then one year you get the crushing news that your school has chosen to cut the arts program that you are in. Anyone would be devastated, wouldn’t you? Historically, when schools have faced budget cuts, fine arts programs have often been the first to go. Even in more prosperous times, fine arts funding is sometimes funneled into math, science, and other “core” subjects…
Dr, William Jacobs says “From the days of “reefer madness,” that old anti-drug movie, the word “addiction” has conjured images of out-of-control behavior. But today, cutting edge science is shedding new light on addiction and its connection to chemical changes in the brain. If those changes can lead to compulsive behavior, some scientists wonder if fatty foods and drugs just might have more in common” (Stone, 2006) While most consumers would say what you eat is your choice. It’s a matter of personal responsibility what you eat, but several academics and lawyers are arguing you’re far less free to choose what’s on your plate than you realize. While each group is made up of professionals who are notable, it is matter of persuading the audience to which solution is…
In today's society, fast food has become a large part of many American's lives. With the rising numbers of obese people, it is hard not to draw a correlation between the increase in fast food and obesity. Most obese people don’t want to be obese and wish they could lose weight, yet they continue to struggle with their fast food intake and obesity. This is due to the advertising done on the consumers, the highly addictive food itself, and most importantly, how advertising and addiction combine with children to form habits that are kept once they become adults. These factors are the reasons that fast food restaurants are to blame for the rising obesity and health risks across America. The government needs to step in and place restrictions on these fast food restaurants so they will stop taking advantage of people's weaknesses.…
