From time to time, people move for many reasons. There are many changes they may encounter. I once thought that if people lived in one state and moved to another they would have similar living conditions, but that is not true. In my case, I lived in Texas but was originally born and raised in California. Learning to adapt to a new environment was troublesome in many different ways. Living in Texas is different than living in California in regards to the education, people, and culture.

The weather in Texas is unpredictable and changes drastically unlike California where it is always sunny. It rains constantly in Texas throughout the day. Also, there is humidity which makes it feel like you are walking through a sauna. Some days are intolerable to be outside since humidity makes you feel sticky and sweaty most of the time. We would also have thunderstorm and tornado warnings. The power frequently went out depending on how strong the thunderstorms were. It can even take the whole day to get the power back on.
