What is cancer? Do you know someone who has or had cancer? If so, you will find that in this society cancer is one of the leading causes of death. However, the common man doesn’t understand what cancer is. To answer the question what is cancer? Well, cancer is a disease that cannot be transmitted through blood as many diseases do. Cancer is genetic. Cancer is not caused by bacteria but by your body. how does cancer develops, most common types of cancers that affects men and women, and how people's lives change after diagnosis.
As we know the bases everything that exist is cells, and in cells there’s where the root of our problem begin. In the body cells are constantly reproducing and dying. Since the cells persistently replicate they tend to make errors when transcribing. These errors are commonly known as mutation, which can be caused by outside factors as well as duplications errors. Leukemia is one of the types of cancers that are commonly been affected amongst both genders. Leukemia is found in your blood and marrow. The difference between each is that acute leukemia requires immediate treatment while chronic doesn’t , but you are still required to treat both.
The lives of most people who has been or have been diagnosed with cancer are changed noticiably. Many people go through the five stages of grief when diagnosed with cancer. However , once they overcome that last stage therese a turning point for people. some accept their dying. some may receive cancer as a reson to rebuild there life.
Lastly, With understanding cancer is and how it affects the lives of many. we are equipted with knowledge on how to treat our love one’s. When they are ever dignosed with cancer.
