Employee proposed new layouts that incorporate barcoding and automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). The lack of inventory data control that are working and being used and available to the employees on a real-time data managing system has yet to be finalized. * Analysis-Recommendations:
CanGo needs to develop a checklist instead of jumping into a new system without properly conducting a full analysis. Management needs to install a working ASRS system that gives real time data on inventory. The inventory data systems need to be paperless and easily accessible to the key employees that use it on a daily basis. CanGo’s current inventory tracking process is not very efficient.

By transferring the project immediately, the project may be completed on time with quality management and a workable process.
