The capybara is known as the largest rodent in the world at 1.25 meters. Its average weight is 66 kilograms. This creature has short brown hair and stubby legs. It also has small ears and a blunt snout. The capybara is mostly found in the Central and South America’s riverbanks because it is very fond of swimming and being part of the water. Also known as Hydrochoeris hydrochaeris, you can already tell that this creature is fit for swimming.
