Life allows each of us to experience challenges in our own way, but when fear becomes a problem, it’s almost impossible to compete. They become long term difficulties when faced. One looks for the easiest route out, but in my case there were no signposts.
It was a beautiful friday afternoon that turned quickly into a storm as I came home to devastating news. “Mom just got into a car crash!” Screamed my sister. “What,” I replied with terror and tears rushing down my face like rain falling down from a stormy night. ”Let’s go!” My Sister screamed across from the hallway. I quickly went to my room and put on the nearest shoes I could find, then I headed to the car.

“Is she okay?” I said.
The firefighter says,” Your Mother will be okay, she’s just gonna have bad back pains.”
“What a relief ,” I replied. The ambulance took her to the hospital. It was late at night and everyone was more calm after the crash. “I’m glad you’re fine.” I told my Mom.
“Me too.’ It was frightening because that guy was going so fast that the car almost flipped over.” She said with scare in her eyes.
“Oh my.” I replied while I imagine in my mind the dark scene of the
crash.
She continued by saying, ”You never know when your day might come, it’ll surprise you out of nowhere.”
“ Thank god that nothing bad happened to you.” Jared said with warmth.
Hours have passed we’re heading home. “Today was an interesting day since the accident wasn’t expected.” Said my father.
My Mom replies, “That’s so true.
“I love you,” I told my Mom.
Death is a fear that no one knows when or who is next. From this experience I learned that you should stay close to your loved ones because you never know the last time you’ll see them.
