The responsibilities of a Child Life Specialist are to provide support during medical procedures, and for grief and bereavement issues, they’re also responsible for non-medical preparations for tests, surgeries, and other medical procedures. Being able to coordinate special events, entertainment, donations, and holiday celebrations are a part of the job responsibilities as well.
