Chapter 3: Solutions for improvements of the procedure
3.1. Orientation
In the upcoming time, Cargoteam need to pay more attention in enhance the practical knowledge of employees in order to fasting the exporting procedure while also minimize errors.
In the exporting procedure, due to inefficiency in allocate work within enterprise as well as quantity of goods is unstable throughout year, Cargoteam will need to focus more in reallocate employee between departments when work is overloaded for custom department.
In recent years, since the settlement of complaints is case by case solve, there are some problems remain that haven’t been completely solve. There for, it is important for Cargoteam to focus on this process in order not to undermine

These interns will handle basic document such as input export-import data, forward L/C and shipment information to Custom department, prepare document and deliver to head of Custom department checking for error before faxing to the bank. Which is obviously helpful when company in peak period time. By hiring interns, Cargoteam shall have more manpower to do things that take time but not require expert knowledge with very low cost. Also help them to achieve practice knowledge relevant in the field which they can’t learn at school. After the internship, if the intern is qualified and Cargoteam have a free vacancy, they can recruit interns as official employees. By this way, Cargoteam can solve the problem of lacking human resource in peak period while still capable of training new employee with low …show more content…
In which the subordinates will have the opportunity to present their ideas, feedback through the head of department or directly to the General Manager (through email) to help the General Manager having a general look overall dimension of the company from there make accurate and timely
