It was actually the third time I worked for HQ, the last one was two years ago as I did my first practical training. I enjoy working there and wish to explore and experience more in this industry, which could be helpful for my future job. That is why I chose this company again for my professional training though not an accounting assistant but an import/export coordinator.

Therefore, when it was about to happen, I did my best to satisfy our customers by building relationships when having dinner with them, giving some Vietnamese traditional gift when they visited,.. Day by day, I was able to improve my communication skill especially my Chinese spoken language.
My main job is to manage and maintain customer profiles while keeping effective long-term relationship with them to generate repeat business. I also had been responsible for many tasks including coordinate all aspects of shipping process such as booking, pick-up, or billing, review all shipping documentation to confirm accuracy, assist other staffs to ensure timely completion of work.
Throughout the training, I gained new insights and more comprehensive understanding about domestic and world economy as well as my computer skills and self-management skills.
