The availability and sufficiency of job-related information helps nurses to feel content when the communication sources are adequate. The degree to which nurses are happy with the information offered in their workplace is referred to as communication satisfaction. The body of research demonstrates that when workers are happy with their level of communication, supervisors, subordinates, and peers form productive working relationships (Wieke Noviyanti, L et al., 2021). According to 3.3 NMBA Code of Conduct, nurses should clearly and accurately communicate relevant and timely information. Homer and Gordon breached this code. Gordon violated this principle by not communicating his lack of confidence in giving insulin shots; as a result, Homer assumes that he can do it on his own without assistance. Homer did not ask Gordon whether he knows how to inject insulin or not. The patient might have suffered harm as a result of this lack of communication. The ability of nurses and doctors to communicate effectively is thought to be a crucial component of interprofessional teamwork and, consequently, of ensuring the quality of care. Therefore, accurate assessment of communication and collaboration in a clinical work setting is essential for raising and maintaining the standard of care (Busari, J. O. et al., 2017).
