Case 42249683 For The Southern Hotel

I hope all is well! I am following up on case #42249683 for The Southern Hotel (16232549). I had indicated in my previous email that the hotel partner did not want to proceed with the Expedia listing because he was unhappy with the commission terms. However, it appears that the partner reached out to the contract loading team rather than reaching out to you directly.
The property is currently at 31 days. Please note that at 53 days, I would reach out to determine whether the property should be reverted back to lead status. However, given that the hotel partner is adamant about proceeding with the listing, there’s a high probability that the property may turned back to lead status. Please let me know if there’s any additional
