3. What might help reduce your anxiety and uncertainty as an inexperienced project manager?
To reduce my anxiety as an inexperienced project manager, I should identify with clarity of what is to be achieved. Think through all the aspects that need to be addressed or will be affected. A project must have a goal to drive the project in terms of defining the work to be done, its schedule, and its budget, and to provide the project team with a clear task and direction. I will read some articles and research related to my project so that I will be more familiar with my project. More research over time and broader samples will allow me to better understand the state of the project.
I will identify the things that could go wrong and prepare for it before they do go wrong. I will talk to my project team and develop a strategic plan. Asking for opinions of the team will
