two days for Thanksgiving. The caller stated she asked the licensee if she could care for the infant on Monday, November 14 in lieu of November 11 due to that day being a holiday. The caller stated she was unaware the 11th was a holiday and paid for the day. The licensee agreed to care for the infant on 11/14/16 and on the following day notified the caller that all holidays must be paid. Consequently the caller requested a copy of the contract indicating holidays pay was required. The call stated she contacted the Children's Council San Francisco regarding the licensee's inconsistencies with her contract. Unfortunately the licensee dismissed the caller and terminated the contract on 11/16/16. Once again the caller contacted the Council who informed the caller to contact CCL. CCIB Intake informed the caller this was not a Licensing issue. The caller stated she would seek legal action to receive a refund for the remainder of the month.
