I would be sure to setup a professional relationship and trust with Santa early on. I would ask questions and show a willingness to do extra work whenever an opportunity presented itself. I would make it clear to Santa that I consider him to be a leader and a great mentor for me. I would also clearly communicate with my desired to learn and grow with the business at each review opportunity. I would be sure to be respectful and kindly share my thoughts and ideas without overstepping. This may require me to keep my thoughts to myself until an appropriate time presented itself for sharing information. I think it is also important to note that I would be sure to think about each new idea or criticism before I shared it. For a business to grows, it requires a team mentality. To have an effective team the members need to communicate effectively, contribute, and collaborate with each other.
