The complainant, Sandy Wasdin, states that there was a disturbance at Cedar Lane Apartments on September 02, 2015 (see incident report 69783) in which Tia Steel, a resident at the apartments, was arrested for disorderly conduct. The complainant states that she is the resident manager at the apartments.
The complainant states that as the arresting office was leaving the complex, Francis Steele arrived and began to yell and act in a hostile toward the Deputy. After the left the complex, Steele began to verbally attack the complainant and accuse her of having her daughter, Tia Steele, arrested. The complainant states that Francis Steele began to curse her and make threats to “Get her”.
