On 05/19/2016, Joseph Cairo contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a grand theft.

Mr. Cairo said sometime between 04/17/2015 and 09/03/2015, his daughter, Bridgette Cairo and/or her live in boyfriend, Joshua Potter stole two money bags out of his boxed up property that was stored at her residence. One money bag contained antique and collectible paper money. The second bag contained antique and collectible coins.

Mr. Cairo stated he was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident on 04/17/2015, that required months of hospitalization and physical therapy. He said Bridgette and Joshua packed all of his belonging from his home and stored them at their home
