E-Business (QRT2) Task 3 Proposal for Online Business Expansion Website Design and Cost Estimates Field Clothing is a small street-wear and men 's clothing company operating in Toronto, Ontario. The company derives its income from the design and direct-to-consumer sale of bespoke clothing items, including sweatshirts, t-shirts, and raw denim items. Two of the most popular items currently sold by the company include a black side-zip sweatshirt made out of neoprene material, and a white jacket made from 3M material that illuminates under flash. The clothing sold by the company is designed and manufactured by the company 's owner and creative director. Items are cut and sewn in house, and materials are procured from various local and international suppliers. Currently, the company 's only online presence is a single web-page with an email address, a link to the company 's Instagram page, which it uses to promote its products to the online community, and a phone number to contact the owner and creative director. The majority of sales are local, but occasionally the owner will take international orders via email and a third-party money transfer service, such as PayPal or Western Union. The last section of this report (Task2) suggested the company to develop an online business expansion strategy with a comprehensive analysis and discuss the component of the strategy. These current section is to create a sitemap for the proposed online expansion, design mock-up, discuss a scope for the projected website and analyze development and maintenance cost.
