However there is one resource that is scarce, and that is the human resource. An integral part of the success of the business is well trained employees. Obtaining a CPA designation takes many years and often times multiple examination attempts. This combined with needing employees who have excellent human skills, organizational skills, and an entrepreneur’s mind set, is difficult to find.
