It was mentioned to General Managers, I had mentioned it to a fairly new manager. I informed her that my seating section was filled with individuals who had no proof of a ticket. She then removed those individuals and when I gave her the Supervisor’s name, she glanced down and continue to walk away. The issue has I communicated something that was ethically wrong and tried to prevent this from occurring again. As an entry level, I was told not to bother executives because you follow the command chain. After that incident, I disregarded and never spoke of it again. Two years later the Supervisor and General Manager had been terminated after the President discovered an incident similar to mine. I was posted on the lower level near the Flyers locker room. I knew I was supposed to be asking for tickets and ID's.I was never informed of what or who would encounter at the end of the evening. Ed Snyder founder of Comcast Spectacor walked up to me and I said sorry “I can't let you in without a pass or ID”. His reply to me was “I own the team I’ll do what I want”. At the time I was a young eighteen years old who didn’t know or care who the CEO or big boss was I was just focused on a paycheck. After he walked by me the General Manager confronted me and said kid don't you know him don't you ever stop Mr. Snyder again, didn't someone teach you
