Cause Of World War II

When World War I ended it left behind agression that lead to the start of World War II. There are many reasons that caused World War II started. Some of the main reasons that caused World War II to start where the Treaty of Versailles, The Great Depression, Japanese Imperialism, and the Attack on Pearl Harbor. World War I ended when they signed the Treaty of Versailles on June 28, 1919. Because the U.S. senate rejected the Versailles settlement it was very dangerous years that were going to start World War II. The Treaty of Versailles was suppose to end the war and make peace but instead it had just caused World War II to start. World War II started on September 1, 1939 and ended September 2, 1945. In the Great Depression a lot of people
didn’t have a job and were fighting to survive. It made change governments and world wide confusion that lead to World War II. Because of the Great Depression a lot of countries were experiencing strong fascist movement. Japanese Imperialism caused World War II to grow. The Japanese had thought itself as a strong country. The Japanese knew they had to catch up to the Western powers or else they would risk on getting beat like it happened to China. The chinese lost the war badly. The attack on Pearl Harbor was unexpected. The Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, the U.S was at war with Japan. Japan wanted to make their land bigger but had to fight for land which is why they bombed the Pearl Harbor. The Pearl Harbor attack was also one of the main reasons that caused World War II because it brought more aggression.
