Cell Phones Should Not Be Allowed In School
Now a days, phones are the most used object by anyone and everyone. Cell Phones have times where they should and shouldn't be used. In the outside world phones are used for many things such as reading the news, finding local businesses, and for global positioning system (GPS). Many people think they should not be used for school or for a learning reason, but are those people right or wrong?The perspective that cell phones should and should not be allowed in school is an accordance with fact or reality because of note taking skills, concentration, and not being disruptive. Music can help students focus on their work and get their work done faster and possibly with a better grade too. Teachers could treat it like a privilege and when the class starts to get off task, they could take or tell the students to put the phones away. Have you ever been taking a test and people in your class are talking and you can't concentrate on your test? Well, that can change if phones can be allowed. Students can go on their phones so they can stay quiet and not disrupt the other students that are testing, the stipulation is that the students should go on school appropriate apps. This alone could help a lot by possibly having the testing students getting better grades because of more focus and concentration. Also it could benefit the students done with the test by being on educational apps with learning properties. The only downside is that someone could accidentally have their ringer on and their phone goes off. A way to fix that is the teacher telling everyone to put their phones on silent when they all walk in the class. Phones have there place in schools all around the nation, and they all have a bad reputation within the school systems.
