Central Intelligence Movie Analysis
Was there ever a movie that blew your mind away? If not, Central Intelligence is a movie that you must see. The movie is exceptionally funny and will leave you enthused to watch it again. I was excited after I saw the movie the first time. The two-star characters (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kevin Hart) completely blows your mind. They did an amazing acting job in the movie. I was impressed with the movie because it left me tickled and was outstanding. I did not think it would be as good because it didn't look like it would in the previews, but I was wrong. I would declare this movie epic and recommend everyone to see Central Intelligence. The movie starts off with the most popular kid in school (Kevin Hart aka Calvin Joyner) getting praised
at a high school pep rally and a fat geeky kid (Dwayne Johnson aka Robbie Wierdicht) getting embarrassed in front of the whole school. As years passed, Calvin married his high school sweetheart and got a job which he was not thrilled about. On the other hand, Robbie made a dramatic change that would shock everyone. Robbie finds Calvin on Facebook and they agree to meet. When Calvin saw Robbie, he was completely shocked. As the movie goes on, Calvin starts to find out more about Robbie and what he does for a living. The FBI starts to look for Robbie, but he seems to always get away.
Calvin must make a major decision: if he wants to help Robbie or turn him into the FBI. At first, he was willing to turn him in, but due to Robbie being such a good friend he started to protect him. Robbie ends up turning on him to not blow his cover, but helped him after he got what he needed. After the situation was solved, they went to their high school reunion where Calvin helped Robbie in a major way. Robbie looked at Calvin as a real brother afterward. The movie was perfectly written because scene by scene you see the growth of the friendship. You won't find any other actors that would have played the roles better than Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson did. They were amazing in the movie and became one of them great movie tandems in the industry. It looked natural like they have been working together for years. This is how comedy/action movies are supposed to be for viewers to enjoy the movie. They brought a different energy to the movie that no one can match. The setting played a key role in the storyline of the movie. As a viewer, it showed me they wanted the high school with be the most important setting in the movie. For, the director to start the movie at the high school, go back to the high school in a middle scene, and end the movie in the high school showed me that was a key setting in Robbie and Calvin's friendship. It also showed the revolution in Robbie from what he was in high school to the man that he became. It was the perfect setup and this is how a good movie supposed to be. Showing the growth, but making sure you have the most important setting so you can see the growth. Make sure you put this movie on your watch list. This movie will blow your mind away. No matter what if you didn't see this movie you must watch it you will not be disappointed. You will laugh, cry with tears of laughter, and become very impressed with the movie. Trust me Central Intelligence will not disappoint you.
