Central Intelligence Movie Analysis
Was there ever a movie that blew your mind away? If not, Central Intelligence is a movie that you must see. The movie is exceptionally funny and will leave you enthused to watch it again. I was excited after I saw the movie the first time. The two-star characters (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kevin Hart) completely blows your mind. They did an amazing acting job in the movie. I was impressed with the movie because it left me tickled and was outstanding. I did not think it would be as good because it didn't look like it would in the previews, but I was wrong. I would declare this movie epic and recommend everyone to see Central Intelligence. The movie starts off with the most popular kid in school (Kevin Hart aka Calvin Joyner) getting praised

The film “Fed Up”, produced by Katie Couric and Laurie David, was an interesting and informative film about the dangers of sugar consumption and its contribution to obesity. The strengths of the film were that they gave examples of two major changes that the food industry made to try and save themselves instead of putting the people’s best interest first. Therefore, the American Academy of Family Physicians teamed up with coca cola to say that soft drinks had nothing to do with obesity, when science showed otherwise, while 20 doctors that helped make up the association publicly resigned. Then came the McGovern report in 1977 that issued the first dietary goals, stating that the American diet was overly rich in fatty meats, rich in saturated fats and cholesterol, and rich in sugar,…

Similarly, McTeigue demonstrates how the corruptive nature of men, amplified by power causes destructive historical cycles through his allegorical film V for Vendetta. Like the Handmaid’s Tale, V for Vendetta sets in a fascist police state run by the Norsefire party, an allusion to the Nazi party of WWI. Here, control is extremely practiced as their government “uses lies to hide the truth,” euphemising its objectives and hyperbolising on “war, terror, disease… conspired to rob common sense” and “coercive their conformity.” The “enunciation of truth” behind their reconstructed media is revealed when side protagonist Evey, plunges into V’s “shadow gallery,” an allusion of the Handmaid’s “oasis of the forbidden.” It was soon disclosed that the…
