Cervical Sttenosis Case Report
DOI: 7/30/2013. Patient is a 53 year-old female personal assistant who experienced left shoulder and neck pain with radicular arm pain while moving files from one cabinet to another. Per OMNI, patient was diagnosed with cervical stenosis at C5-7 with herniation and radiculitis. Patient is status post cervical fusion on 12/2013 and 2nd fusion on 07/20/15.
Based on the medical report dated 05/03/16, the patient is a little over 9 months following cervical spinal surgery. She had some complications following the procedure and has a lot of scar tissue and tension built up in her neck. She is slowly improving over time.
